Underneath the Arches

Numerous events are held all year in 88 locations along the Romanesque Road. On the Saturday after Ascension Day, we – and these buildings – together celebrate "Romanesque Day". This year, Romanesque Day will take place on 12th May.

You’re invited to concerts and all variety of entertainment, which you can book directly on site with the respective organisers. Romanesque rooms make for unique settings and offer extraordinary sounds that testify to the high level of craftsmanship that went into their creation.
